Pala’s Paw and Nose Balm for dogs is an excellent natural remedy for keeping your dog’s nose, paws and skin healthy and hydrated, regardless of the weather or environment. It can be used on sensitive or crusty noses, paws and any other parts of the body that need extra protection from dryness or irritation.
The Ingredients
We’ve taken the same approach as our recipes – hand-picked natural ingredients in specific proportions for optimal benefits. It’s unscented, and without any synthetic additives, naturally.
Shea butter
A natural emollient that softens and soothes dry and flaky skin. Forms a protective layer while hydrating skin below. Also, an effective anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent.
Avocado oil
An excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins A, D and E, it is an ideal ingredient to heal and soothe dry flaky skin. Unlike other parts of the Avocado plant, the oils from seeds do not contain persin, and is non-toxic for dogs.
Sunflower oil
Rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C, D and E, it promotes hair growth, keeps skin hydrated and coats smooth and shiny.
Wheatgerm oil
High in Vitamin E, and Omega 3 fatty acids, helps reduce skin damage and aid in collagen formation which increases skin elasticity.
Candelilla wax
An excellent emollient for cracked paws and nose, it also hydrates parched and scaly skin.
Castor oil
Naturally rich in Ricinoleic acid, it helps quickly heal dry skin, promotes skin cell regeneration and is also an effective anti-inflammatory agent reducing itchiness.
Calendula flower extract
Natural herbal extract with strong anti-inflammatory and wound healing properties, it is also an effective antimicrobial and anti-fungal ingredient.
Vitamin E
A powerful antioxidant that helps repair and protect the skin.
